Who to contact
BridgePoint Strategic Group is operated by Anton Erasmus, who is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@bridgepointstrategicgroup.com. Anton Erasmus monitors this inbox and handles privacy requests. This policy covers the BridgePoint website and its project enquiry forms.
Business/postal address: Mile 53, Mariato–Torío Road, Mariato, Panama.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, project type and a message. Company or project name and phone/WhatsApp number are optional. If you arrive from a Horizon model page, the form may be prefilled with that model; you can edit the message before sending it.
We receive the details you choose to share by email or WhatsApp as well. Please provide only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Do not use the website form to send identification documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive information.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, reply to you and discuss or coordinate the next steps for your project. Website usage information helps us understand which pages and contact routes visitors use. Hosting services also process technical requests to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers and overseas processing
Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores submissions through Netlify Forms. Information is available to authorised users of the site’s Netlify account. Hosting requests may include technical information such as an IP address, browser information and the requested page.
Anton Erasmus personally accesses enquiries. Client information is shared with project partners only when their involvement is needed for that particular project. Mail for our domain is routed through Namecheap Private Email.
Google Analytics 4 processes website usage information. If you choose an email or WhatsApp link, your email service or WhatsApp (Meta) also processes the communication under its own terms. Opening a contact link does not itself send your message.
Netlify and Google use infrastructure outside Panama, including in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed overseas. Provider privacy and data-processing information is available from Netlify and Google. Services you choose to contact us through have their own privacy policies.
Analytics, cookies and temporary storage
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions. This can involve analytics cookies, such as _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_, and information about pages visited, referring pages, browser/device characteristics and interactions.
Google Analytics scripts and analytics requests are blocked until you choose Accept. Reject leaves analytics off, while forms and contact links remain available. You can change your choice or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in any page footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Your saved choice is valid for up to 180 days, after which we ask again on a subsequent visit. A later choice replaces the saved preference; you can also clear it through your browser storage settings. If browser storage is unavailable, we can remember acceptance only for the current page. Advertising consent remains denied even if you accept analytics.
After acceptance, enhanced measurement may also record scrolling, outbound clicks, searches, form interactions, video engagement and file downloads where supported. Our custom analytics events record enquiry completion and clicks on email or WhatsApp links, together with the page language and contact route. These custom events do not include the name, email address, phone number or message entered in the enquiry form.
Only when analytics is accepted, the website stores a temporary marker in your browser’s session storage to avoid counting the same enquiry again on a refresh or revisit. It contains the form and confirmation page paths, a timestamp and a reference to the consent choice, not the enquiry text. It is consumed on the confirmation page; the tracking code accepts it only within 30 minutes. This is a tracking validity window, not the retention period for your enquiry.
Retention
Ordinary enquiries are kept for 30 days from receipt, then archived for a further 15 days. At day 45 from receipt, Anton Erasmus will manually delete the archived copy and any remaining copies under his control in Netlify, email and downloaded files. Deletion is manual, not automatic.
Ordinary client-project correspondence is separate from ordinary enquiries and is not covered by the 45-day enquiry schedule. Our financial year ends on 31 January. We retain ordinary project correspondence until the end of the financial year following the financial year in which the project closes. For example, if a project closes in June 2026, its ordinary correspondence is retained until 31 January 2028. Accounting records, such as invoices and payment records, are kept separately and may have different legal retention requirements. No fixed retention period for accounting records is specified in this policy.
You can ask what information is held and request its deletion using the contact above. The Google Analytics settings checked on 2 November 2026 retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, with user retention resetting on new activity. These controls do not apply to most aggregated standard reports. Analytics retention is separate from enquiry and accounting records, consent preferences and browser-cookie lifetimes.
Your requests and choices
You may contact us to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or raise an objection to its use. You may also ask about portability or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already lawfully occurred.
Describe your request and provide enough context to locate your enquiry, such as the email address you used and an approximate date. We may need proportionate verification of your identity before disclosing or changing information. Please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve claims; any applicable limits should be explained when handling your request.
If you believe your data-protection rights have not been respected, you may raise your concern with Panama’s Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI).
